Rainbow Peanut Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach 
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage 
- 1 cup carrots 
- 1 cup red pepper 
- 2 cups edamame 
- 1/2 box protein noodles (I used barilla protein spaghetti to get the extra protein) - To me the dressing is the best part! 
- 1/2 cup pb 
- 4 tbsp soy sauce 
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar 
- 1 tbsp sesame oil 
- 1/4 cup water 
- 1 tsp garlic - Instructions:
- Mix all together and enjoy!
