Egg & Chilli Crisp Bagel
Ingredients:
chilli crisp
2 eggs
bagels
spring onions
tomato
feta
green leaves
Instructions:
First add chilli crisp to the pan, then 2 beaten eggs, follow with the bagels face down and spring onions. Once the egg is cooked through, flip over, top one half with tomato and feta, and the other with green leaves. Fold together and dig in.
So good as a quick, easy vegetarian breakfast, brunch or lunch. DIVINE.
